We had a rousing round of best-of-three RPS between the two remaining competitors (Robert being eliminated earlier by claiming that he would "really prefer not" to be involved) to determine your area's United Way representative. Resolving to use the accepted rules of the World RPS society and good judgement, we began. After breaking my concentration with his unorthodox scissors opening, and keeping the pressure on with a set of admittedly brilliant counters, Tim settled into an Avalanche Gambit to take the win. In keeping with tradition, Tim was then allowed to decide who would be United Way representative, and who would not have to go to the meetings and whatnot. Tim deferred.

Thus, I announce myself as your United Way representative for this area.
